This makes having a dyno and other diagnostic tools necissary but not just for a simple CO change. Ivan's modifications change quite a bit more in the ECU like retarding the timing (or removing it), changing throttle curve responses, a/f mixture, etc. With the AR and ECU flash by 2wdw it’s a whole new beast.
